I was in Paris again, recently, and this time decided
to set some time aside from work and fulfill a long time desire. As you all know, I love eating and of course whenever I have time I love to cook and bake. I’ve always wanted to take baking class in Paris and I finally made it happen. I took a pastry class and I learned how to make macaroons. I have to say, I made some delicious macaroons in 2 different varieties: Raspberry and Chocolate With Coconut YUM YUM YUM ! Here are my pictures as I attempted to make Macaroons in Paris. It was a fantastic experience. Check this one off on my bucket list. Incidentally, while there, I discovered this fun song in France Kendji Girac – Color Gitano.
